Reviews in, bad ones out
Get the reviews you earned. Take down the ones you didn’t.
Upload your customers and Buzzmax asks every one of them for a review while the job is still fresh. Unhappy ones get a way to tell you directly, and can still post publicly if that is what they want. The reviews that break platform policy get filed for removal.
No contract to see it. Removal is billed per review, only when one comes down.

Rolling 90 daysNew reviews
Per monthThe part that grows the number
Six minutes after the job, the review is live.
Most customers would happily leave a review. Almost none of them remember to. Buzzmax asks while the work is still fresh, from your number, with the link already in their hand.
Anything at three stars or below opens a note straight to you, with the button to post it publicly sitting right next to it. The customer picks. You just find out the same day instead of next month, while there is still time to make it right.

One to three stars
The rating screen opens a note straight to you, and the button to post it on Google is right there beside it. Nobody is stopped from posting. You get the complaint, the job number and the tech’s name the same day either way.
Called three times, nobody showed up. Waste of a whole afternoon.
This is what people read before they decide whether to call you.
A single review moves the only number most people ever look at. And it keeps moving it every day it stays up.
Removed
Not because we disagree with it. Because it breaks a specific published rule: never a customer, conflict of interest, off topic, harassment. We file it against that rule and follow it through. If yours does not qualify, we say so before you pay anything.
Side by side
Before Buzzmax, and with it.
Before Buzzmax
Reviews happen to you- Reviews only show up when somebody is angry enough to write one. Not available.
- You find out about a one star review when a customer mentions it
- A review from someone who was never a customer just sits there
- Asking for reviews is a thing somebody remembers to do, sometimes
- The profile was set up once and has not been touched since
- Five tools, five logins, five bills, and no single answer
With Buzzmax
Reviews are something you run- Every finished job asks for a review by text, from your number. Included.
- Unhappy customers can tell you directly, and still post if they want to
- Policy breaking reviews get filed, and you pay only if one comes down
- Upload your customers and the asking happens on its own, every week
- Posts, photos, categories and replies stay current without you
- One company handling all of it, on one bill, answering to you
Everything under the review
Three things, running on the same data.
Getting reviews is the engine. Removal is the repair. The profile is where both of them show up.
Review generation and monitoring
You upload your customers and every one of them gets a tracked request by text. New reviews are matched back to the customer who left them, and anything negative reaches you the same day instead of sitting there for a week.
Negative review removal
We read the review against the platform’s own published policy, file it where it breaks one, and follow it through. Quoted per review, because what it takes depends on the platform and how old the review is, and owed only if it actually comes down.
Google Business Profile management
Posts written and published on a schedule, categories and attributes corrected, photos kept current, and replies handled. The profile stays alive instead of going stale the week after setup.
Packages
$150 to start. $349 for the whole review side.
Texting is $150 a month for 50 customers a week. Reviews is $349 and adds the posting and the replies. Managed is quoted, because at that size it depends on how many locations you run and how much of it you want us doing.
Texting
The asking, handled. You upload your customers, we do the rest.
Month to month. No setup fee.
- 50 customers a week, uploaded by you
- A tracked review request text to every one of them
- Sent from your number, with the link already in it
- Opt outs handled for you

Review removal
Removal is quoted per review, not listed.
What it takes to get a review down depends on which platform it sits on and how old it is. A three week old Google review that names a person who was never a customer is a different job from a two year old BBB complaint. So we look at the actual review, tell you whether it breaks a published policy, and send you a fixed quote before any work starts.
- The quote is fixed, and it is contingent: if the review stays up, you owe nothing
- No deposit, no retainer, and no charge for the assessment
- A straight no if it does not break a policy, before you have spent anything
- If a removed review reappears within 30 days we refile at no charge
Paste the link. We look at it the same day and come back with a yes or a no, and a price if it is a yes.
Google · Facebook · Trustpilot · ConsumerAffairsHow removal works
Four steps, and you only pay if it comes down.
Send us the review
Paste the link. That is the whole ask. We look at it the same day.
We tell you if it qualifies, and what it costs
Straight answer either way, with a fixed quote if it is a yes. The price depends on the platform and how old the review is. If it does not break a policy we say so, and we do not take the job.
You approve the quote, we file
You get a fixed quote for that specific review before anything starts, and it is owed only if the review actually comes down.
We build the flow that replaces it
Removal treats the symptom. A steady stream of new reviews is what keeps one bad week from mattering.
Free, no obligation
Fifteen minutes, your actual profile, on screen.
We pull up your reviews and your map before the call, so you can see where you stand and what would change. If a review looks removable we will tell you on the spot.
