3Working with a third party on your Google profile
Buzzmax is a third party that manages Google Business Profiles for small businesses. Google publishes guidance on what to expect from a company like us, what it may and may not do, and how to remove its access. We link it here because Google asks third parties to, and because you should read it: Working with a third party to manage your Business Profile.
Creating and managing a Google Business Profile is free from Google. Our fee is for the management work, not for the profile.
4Results: what we do not promise
Review removal. The platform decides whether a review comes down. We file a request against a specific published policy ground and follow it through. We cannot guarantee removal, we cannot guarantee a removed review stays down, and we have no special relationship with any platform.
Rankings and revenue. We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, impression, click, lead, call, booking or revenue outcome. Platforms change their algorithms and policies without notice, and results depend on things we do not control, including how the business itself operates.
5How our numbers are produced
Any visibility or comparison figure we publish or report is our own measurement, taken by our own method at a stated time. It is not an independent audit, not a certification, and not endorsed by any platform or by any company we compare against. Where we report on AI assistant outputs, those outputs are probabilistic and are not reproducible on demand.
6We do not give legal advice
Buzzmax is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not assess whether a review is defamatory, we do not send legal demands or cease-and-desist letters, and we do not represent anyone in a dispute. We assess reviews against platforms' own published content policies, which is a different thing. If you need a view on defamation, talk to a lawyer.

Buzzmax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Google LLC, Yelp Inc., the Better Business Bureau, Meta Platforms Inc., Trustpilot A/S or ConsumerAffairs. We act on behalf of our clients only.

Google, Google Business Profile, Yelp, BBB, Better Business Bureau, Facebook, Trustpilot and ConsumerAffairs are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the platforms our services work with.
9Site content
The design, copy and artwork of buzzmax.ai are owned by JMatsu Holdings LLC. Data a client supplies or that we collect on a client's behalf belongs to that client, as set out in the Terms of Service.
10Testimonials
Where we publish a client testimonial, it is from a real client and it is presented as their experience, not as a typical result. We disclose any material connection between us and the person giving it. We do not pay for testimonials and we do not edit them into something the person did not say. We do not give a discount, credit or anything else of value in exchange for a testimonial. If that ever changes, the fact will be disclosed next to the testimonial itself, not buried here.

buzzmax.ai does not host user generated content. Everything on it was written or made by Buzzmax, so there is nothing here for a third party to have posted.
