Customer service text opt-in

Program: Buzzmax Review Requests and Buzzmax Missed-Call Reply. Last updated October 2026

Use this form if you want customer service texts from a business you used or called: one text asking for a review after your visit or job, and, if your call to that business is missed, a text reply with a booking link. These texts are optional. The box is not ticked for you. Your consent is recorded only if you tick the box and submit.

Sign up for customer service texts

Your consent applies only to Buzzmax's own messaging program operated by JMatsu Holdings LLC; we do not collect consent for affiliates, other companies, or marketing.

Customer service texts (optional, not pre-selected)

By ticking the box and submitting this form, you electronically sign your agreement to receive customer service texts at the mobile number you entered, and you confirm you are the user of that number. Submitting this form does not send you a text. If the box is not ticked, nothing is saved.

Program details
  • Program: Buzzmax Review Requests and Buzzmax Missed-Call Reply.
  • Who sends the texts: Buzzmax, operated by JMatsu Holdings LLC, 1018 N 985 W, Orem, UT 84057, sends them from its own registered messaging program, about your business relationship with the business you enter above. Every text starts with that business's name.
  • What you get: one text asking for a review after your visit or job, and, if a call you placed to that business goes unanswered, one text reply with a way to book. No marketing, no promotions.
  • Message frequency varies: one review request per visit or job, and missed-call replies at most one per six hours.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out; it ends texts from the number that texted you. Reply HELP for help.
  • Support: team@buzzmax.ai or (434) 204-8956.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number and your consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
  • Read the SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

What the texts look like

Examples, for a customer of a business called Example Plumbing:

If a business collects your consent itself

A business that uses Buzzmax may ask for your consent on its own booking form, on a work order or service agreement, or out loud. Whichever way, the request must be a separate, optional choice (never a pre-ticked box and never part of accepting terms), and it uses this wording: “I agree that [Business] may text me a review request after my visit and a reply if my call is missed, at this mobile number, sent through Buzzmax. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” The business then records the date, how it asked you, and that you were shown that wording, and Buzzmax sends only to numbers with that record. You can use this page instead at any time.

What we record

When you submit this form, we record your phone number, the business you named, that you ticked the box, the exact wording shown and its version, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, so that we can show that you consented. That record is kept as proof of your consent to customer service texts. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
